These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sant Sanskriti Parishad portal (the "Portal"), operated by Sant Sanskriti Parishad, Haryana, India ("the Parishad", "we", "us"). By registering for or using the Portal, you ("you", "the user") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Portal.

1. Eligibility

1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to register. 1.2 You must be a saint, devotee, or member of a recognised tradition, or a person genuinely interested in the welfare and culture of saints. 1.3 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.

2. Registration & identity verification

2.1 Registration requires your name, a valid mobile number, and your Aadhaar number for identity verification, along with details of your guru, tradition, and sampradaya where applicable. 2.2 Your Aadhaar number is stored encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Only the last four digits are ever displayed, and the full number is never shown to other users. 2.3 Every registration is reviewed and approved by your State Administrator or your declared guru before your account becomes active. The Parishad does not guarantee approval. 2.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• post content that violates any law of India;
• attack, demean, or incite hatred against any tradition, sampradaya, community, religion, caste, or individual;
• harass, threaten, impersonate, or defame other devotees or any person;
• post obscene, fraudulent, misleading, or spam content, or solicit money under false pretences;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Portal, other accounts, or our systems, or disrupt the service;
• scrape, harvest, or misuse other users' personal data.

4. Content & moderation

4.1 You retain ownership of the content you post, but grant the Parishad a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute it within the Portal for the purpose of operating the service. 4.2 You are solely responsible for the content you publish. 4.3 The Parishad, through its appointed administrators and moderators, may review, hide, edit, remove, or block any content, and may suspend or terminate any account, found to be in violation of these Terms — with or without prior notice.

5. Groups & community features

5.1 Group owners and administrators are responsible for the conduct of their groups within these Terms. 5.2 Joining a group with a "request" or "invite" policy requires approval by the group's owner or admin.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Portal is also governed by our [Privacy Policy](/privacy), which explains what data we collect and how we handle it.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

7.1 The Portal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. 7.2 The Parishad is not liable for the conduct of any user, for content posted by users, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Portal, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or where required by law. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last reviewed" date above and, where appropriate, notified within the Portal. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law & grievances
